Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pkgold ("pkgold", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the pkgold website, mobile interface, gaming platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any service offered by pkgold, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the pkgold Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with pkgold's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between pkgold and each registered player.

Eligibility

To register and use the pkgold Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pkgold strictly prohibits access by minors and individuals under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person, not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or transacting on the Platform.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from the pkgold Platform or any other pkgold-operated service.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, consultant, or agent of pkgold, or an immediate family member of any such person.

pkgold reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residence at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

Account Registration

To access the full range of pkgold services, you must complete the registration process and create a player account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each player may register and maintain only one account on the pkgold Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
• Account Name: Your account must be registered in your own legal name. Accounts registered in fictitious names or on behalf of third parties will be suspended.
• PKR Currency: All pkgold accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits, balances, bonuses, and withdrawals are all expressed and processed in PKR.
• Account Ownership: Your account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, or allow any other person to use your account under any circumstances.

pkgold reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The following obligations apply to all registered players:

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your pkgold account and must not reuse passwords from other platforms or services.
• You must notify pkgold support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• pkgold will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from pkgold and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

pkgold shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials. All activity conducted through your account prior to notification of suspected unauthorised access remains your responsibility.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the pkgold Platform are subject to the following terms:

• Accepted Payment Methods: pkgold accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer. pkgold reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkgold does not charge transaction fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which pkgold accepts no responsibility.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification before processing. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Matching Payment Methods: pkgold may require that withdrawals be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Failed Transactions: pkgold is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or telecommunications interruptions. Players experiencing persistent payment issues should contact pkgold support via live chat.

pkgold reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request, and to delay or decline withdrawals where verification requirements have not been satisfied or where suspicious activity is identified.

Bonuses & Promotions

pkgold offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. The following general terms apply to all pkgold bonuses and promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the applicable promotion terms, including minimum deposit requirements, account verification status, and geographic eligibility.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. pkgold will not process withdrawal requests for bonus-derived balances until wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will be forfeited without notice.
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards wagering requirements. The contribution rates for each game category will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Abuse and Collusion: pkgold reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other conduct that pkgold determines to be in breach of the spirit of the promotion.
• Modification and Withdrawal: pkgold reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts prior to the modification.

Gaming Rules

All games available on the pkgold Platform are subject to the following general gaming rules, in addition to the individual game rules displayed within each game interface:

• Random Number Generator: All pkgold casino games use a certified, independently audited Random Number Generator to determine game outcomes. Game results cannot be influenced, predicted, or manipulated by pkgold, players, or third parties.
• Return to Player (RTP): The theoretical return-to-player percentage for each game is published in the game information section. Actual results may vary from the theoretical RTP in any individual session.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkgold Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts or assisting another person to do so
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information
• Using the Platform for any money laundering or terrorist financing activity
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or loopholes to gain an advantage
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction after placing bets with the deposited funds
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including arbitrage betting across multiple accounts or payment methods
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other players' accounts or pkgold's internal systems

Intellectual Property

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, game interfaces, and other materials on the pkgold Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of pkgold or its licensed third-party content providers. No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of pkgold.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to sub-license, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform's software or content.

Any attempt to scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the pkgold Platform without authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Privacy & Data

pkgold collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and — where you have consented — marketing communications. pkgold does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Limitation of Liability

pkgold shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or account information
• Loss arising from technical malfunctions, server outages, or third-party system failures
• Loss arising from unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player's failure to maintain credential security
• Loss arising from the player's reliance on any information or content displayed on the Platform

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pkgold's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Responsible Gaming

pkgold is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing players with the tools they need to maintain control over their gaming activity. pkgold's responsible gaming programme includes the following features, all of which are accessible through your player account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications when you have been logged into the Platform for a specified duration.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over defined time periods.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

Termination

Either party may terminate the player account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Player-Initiated Closure: You may close your pkgold account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within two business days. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your primary payment method, provided all identity verification requirements have been satisfied.
• pkgold-Initiated Suspension or Termination: pkgold reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct, or failure to complete identity verification. Where an account is terminated due to player misconduct, pkgold may retain any bonus funds or winnings derived from the prohibited activity.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination of your account, your licence to access the Platform is immediately revoked. All outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds are voided, and any bonus funds in the account are forfeited. Real-money deposits will be returned subject to the terms above.

Amendments to These Terms

pkgold reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their pkgold account, or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the pkgold Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes to the Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkgold holds its international gaming license.

In the event of a dispute between a player and pkgold, the player is encouraged to first contact pkgold's customer support team via the 24/7 live chat facility to seek an informal resolution. pkgold will endeavour to resolve all complaints promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter may be escalated to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by pkgold's licensing authority. pkgold will cooperate fully with any such process.

pkgold's decisions on all matters relating to game outcomes, technical malfunctions, bonus eligibility, and account-level determinations are final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution process described above.
